Taste of California

Next Thursday, April 26th will be our first wine dinner of 2012.  We will be focusing on the wines of California with offerings from the Sonoma, Carneros, Napa Valley and Central Valley regions.  I'm putting the finishing touches on the menu and will have it posted by the end of the week.  In the meantime you can find a list of the wines we will be pairing in the upcoming events section.  As usual we will present seven courses handcrafted to complement each wine.  Space is very limited and reservations are required.  Call (302) 658-2600 for reservations.

opening day weekend & "Tour of Asia"

We kick off opening day weekend with our always popular "Tour of Asia" dinner specials.  The full menu can be found in the upcoming events section. 

We'll also have our traditional complimentary hot breakfast buffet available for everyone participating in the opening day tournament.

early spring

The first of our spring menu changes go into effect today, featuring new salads highlighting the first local produce of the season!  We'll be doing a new version of the iceberg wedge, a baby spinach salad and a salad that will feature the freshest spring vegetables available to us on a daily basis.

Keep an eye out for our "Tour of Asia" menu additions that will be featured next week.  The menu will be available in the upcoming events section, as well as posted at the club.
