Summer Wine Dinner

Our second annual summer wine dinner will be held next Wednesday, June 29th.  We will once again feature white, rosé and sparkling wines paired with a variety of gifts from the sea.  The full menu with wine pairings can be found here.  Seating is limited and reservations are required.  (302) 658-2600

Father's Day

At Fieldstone, Father's Day means steak.  Well, steak and golf I guess :)  Come join us for our annual "Steak House" style menu additions this Sunday and you'll be sure to see what I mean.  We'll be featuring seven different varieties of steaks and chops.  In addition to what is available on our regular menu, there will be USDA prime beef, local beef, and dry aged beef, as well as veal and lamb.  Enjoy your steak as is, or choose from our list of tempting sides and toppings.  The full menu can be found here.  Lastly, don't worry if you're not a huge steak fan.  Our full regular dinner menu will be available as well.  Hope to see you there!

Summertime

This weekend marked the unofficial start of summer with the celebration of Memorial Day.  It was nice to see so many of you at our annual barbecue. I certainly hope everyone enjoyed themselves.  We had several comments about the jerk chicken, so I've added the recipe for our wet rub here.
