I hope everyone enjoyed their Valentine's Day. The club was sold out for dinner as usual , as over 60 members and guests were in attendence to enjoy our splendid four course menu. One of our standard Valentine's Day dessert offerings is our flourless chocolate-hazelnut mousse cake. I get several requests for the recipe each year, so I've decided to add it to the
recipe section of the blog. Let me know if you have any questions if you decide to try it. Keep in mind that we're always happy to share our recipes, so be sure to let me know if you have any special requests.
