While we all certainly try to take some of the yearly shutdown as an opportunity to recharge our batteries, much of the food and beverage staff are hard at work getting things ready for the reopening of the clubhouse. We'll have new lunch and dinner menus, as well as many new additions to the wine list. I've also posted the Valentine's Day menu in the
upcoming events section of the blog. Since Valentine's Day falls on a Monday this year, we'll be celebrating it on Saturday February 12th at the club. We hope you'll join us for a romantic four course dinner featuring our kitchen's meticulously crafted dishes, with which an optional wine pairing will also be available.
