Fieldstone was proud to host the second annual dinner of the St. Andrew's Society of Southern Chester County. Guests in attendance had the pleasure of enjoying Chef Barbas' twists on Scottish classics, including his first
haggis. The Scottish delicacy, basically "sheep scrapple," was presented with much pageantry, accompanied by a reading of Robert Burns' "Ode to a Haggis" and Robert J. Waters and James Hunter on the bagpipes.
