return of the stone crab
Join us this weekend at Fieldstone for fresh Florida stone crab claws. These succulent claws proved to be so popular when featured on our "Claws and Chops" menu, that we had to promise to bring them back several times during the stone crab season. Well, here they are! This time around we are featuring large claws, as they seemed to be everyone's favorite size. They will be served in the traditional style, chilled with a tangy mustard sauce. Hurry out, as they are sure to go quickly!

that's right, I said haggis
Fieldstone was proud to host the second annual dinner of the St. Andrew's Society of Southern Chester County. Guests in attendance had the pleasure of enjoying Chef Barbas' twists on Scottish classics, including his first haggis. The Scottish delicacy, basically "sheep scrapple," was presented with much pageantry, accompanied by a reading of Robert Burns' "Ode to a Haggis" and Robert J. Waters and James Hunter on the bagpipes.
