Mid-Summer

Well it's that time of year again.  The Men's Invitational Tournament in is full swing.  The Food & Beverage team is working hard to make sure food, refreshments and entertainment will be on par with the fantastic job that the Grounds Crew has done with the course and the Golf Shop Team has done with the organization of the tournament and prizes.

This time of year also means the return of two of our favorite seasonal ingredients, local sweet corn & local heirloom tomatoes.  So our "summer wedge" salad and our "tomato & mozzarella" salad have made their annual return to the menu.  Get them while you can, as the season never lasts as long as we'd like it to.  We also have a couple of new sandwiches for you to try and we'll roll out a new lobster entree next week.
